Good teaching material will ease your work a lot. We are always on a look-out for good ideas and materials. We have been attending the Music fair in Frankfurt (biggest music fair in Europe) for many years now. At a visit a few years ago we discovered Music Work Out - a great set of teaching materials. We found it the best thing at the whole fair! We are also happy to have become friends with the family which has developed it.
Music Work Out
They provide 2 different cases of materials. The bigger case contains a lot of different flashcards, which are very useful for music teaching in elementary school.
The smaller case contains three different games: bingo, memory and domino. This one is appropriate for younger kids, too, introducing various music notation symbols. It is great for introduction of symbols to small kids, or for some fun time with older children.
Another thing from them that we really love is their music memory app. It is great for development of hearing and memory, and very useful for kids that can't be separated from their smartphones and tablets.
