As almost every year, I was listening to the New Year concert by the Vienna Philharmonic orchestra. This year it was really different, the audience definitely adds a lot to the event.
However, I remembered when a couple of years ago I noticed someone I knew, playing in the orchestra. It was Petra Kovačič - her mother, Barbara Kovačič conducts the Pueri Cantores choir from Tolmin and Patricija used to accompany the choir on organ. Patricija remembers Petra when she was 8 years old - she clearly stated, that she wants to play in the Vienna Philharmonic. For me this is a proof that anything is possible, that you can achieve whatever you decide, if you really put your effort into it.
In the beginning of the new year, I wish you may have the courage to dream, and the will to carry it out.
